Who processes your data

What data we collect

• Fitting data you enter yourself — e.g. your swing speed, club and ball data and preferences. We use these to calculate your personal top 5.
• Email address — only when you buy a report, to manage your purchase and access to your result.
• Payment data — your payment is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Technical and usage data — we anonymously measure how the site is used (see Cookies and measurement).

What we use it for

To calculate and show your fitting, process your purchase, give you access to your report, and improve the service. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising tracking.

Cookies and measurement

Our website measurement (via PostHog, servers in the EU) is cookieless: no tracking cookies are placed and no personal profiles are built based on your browsing behaviour on the site. That is why we do not show a cookie banner for marketing cookies. Strictly necessary data (e.g. to stay logged in/unlocked) may be stored.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing.
• PostHog (EU) — anonymous, cookieless website measurement.
• Shop links — links to external shops may be affiliate links; their own privacy policy applies on their pages.

How long we keep data

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes above and for legal obligations. Specifically: we keep your fitting and result for as long as your fitting code is valid (1 year); data subject to the statutory bookkeeping obligation we keep for 7 years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights via info@onegolfball.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
