These terms apply to the use of Onegolfball and the purchase of a fitting report.
Who we are
Onegolfball is a service of Many More Ventures, Spalbeekstraat 143, 3510 Hasselt, België, company number 0541.314.141, VAT BE0541314141.
The service
Based on your own data, Onegolfball calculates which golf balls best suit your swing and shows you a personal report. Our advice is based on a carefully built model with real test data. Golf is still a human game: your result on the course also depends on your play, the weather and the course.
Price and payment
A full fitting report costs £8.99 (incl. VAT). Payment is handled securely via Stripe. After payment you receive a fitting code by email with which you can start your fitting.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day withdrawal period, and you stay in control. As long as you haven’t started your fitting, you can simply cancel and get a full refund — no questions asked. Because your fitting is calculated the moment you start, we ask you just before for two short confirmations: that you want us to begin now, and that you understand your withdrawal period ends with that. From that moment, your personal result has been delivered. You can find all the details and the model form at Right of withdrawal.
Independence and affiliate links
Onegolfball is completely independent. No ball manufacturer pays or steers us — our only drive is to recommend the ball that truly fits you. All brand and product names belong to their owners. Some shop links are affiliate links, but they change nothing about your results or their order.
Liability
We build our model with the greatest care and keep improving it. Even so, it remains advice: we can’t promise every recommendation is a perfect fit for your situation. Something wrong with your purchase or your report? Get in touch — we’ll sort it out together.
Your statutory consumer rights apply in full. We never exclude our liability for intent, fraud or gross negligence, or for damage to health.
Complaints and disputes
Do you have a complaint? Contact us first at info@onegolfball.com — we will look for a solution together. If we cannot resolve it, as a consumer you can turn to the competent consumer dispute body in your country.
Applicable law
