Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Below you can read how it works for a Onegolfball fitting and how to exercise it.
You have a 14-day withdrawal period
As a consumer you have a 14-day withdrawal period after your purchase. Within that period you can cancel the contract without giving a reason and receive a refund of the amount paid.
Exception for immediate performance
A fitting is a digital service. If you ask us to perform the fitting before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, then that right lapses once the fitting has been performed. We expressly ask you for this — with two separate confirmations — before the calculation starts.
As long as you have not started the fitting, you keep your right of withdrawal in full. Your fitting code then remains unused and you receive a full refund.

Send an unambiguous statement to info@onegolfball.com, or use the model form below. We confirm receipt and refund within 14 days via the same means of payment you used for the purchase.
